This is a first for me. I apologize now for any goof ups I do as this is my first time ever blogging.
I became a life time member of Weight Watchers in 1984 but over the past 28ish years of marriage and 3 kids I have lost and gained the same 20 to 30 lbs over and over again. I call mself a repeated offender. I would like to be able to inspire others with my stories and hear yours too.
I am a "Lifetime Member" not only of Weight Watchers but in my real life also. I have always struggled with weight issues and gone up and down on the scale many times in my adult life. It is a lifetime struggle for a lifetime of good health. I hope to hear from all of you "repeat offenders", as I call myself, and also those of you who are just starting out on this journey. I don't have all the answers but maybe together we can find them.

Thank you to all my weight loss friends!!
I have been someone who has struggled with weight loss issues most of my adult life. It is my desire to open this blog to all those who are also struggling and have made a conscience decision to lose weight, feel and look better and live a better quality of life.
ReplyDeleteRight now I am back at Weight Watchers meetings and have lost nearly 10 lbs. since I started back again in Oct. 2010. It has been a slow but steady process...a lot harder now in my 50s then it was in my 20 through 40s. Weight Watchers is the thing that works for me, you need to find the right program for you!
ReplyDeleteI do not preach any specific diet as this is more about support and motivation and I understand that some people may have health issues that dictate what kind of diets they should be following. That is between you and your Dr. to decide. I totally recommend that you clear it with your Dr. before starting on any weight loss endeavor.
ReplyDeleteIt is my desire that through this page we can stay motivated by hearing each others stories, the good days and the cheat days. What worked for you and what didn't go so well.
Let's all unite in this Battle of the Bulge!!! Please Join me!!!
