Happy Easter!!!

Happy Easter Everyone! 
 Enjoy the day, enjoy the food.  Life is too short and it's only one day so don't sweat it.  Have some eggs, candy and a great Easter dinner and then get on the treadmill tomorrow....That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!!!!!     LOL


  1. I was just reading in my book "Life Without Ed" how our celebrations revolve around food and eating. Today is Easter, then Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then all the birthdays, retirements, graduations, funeral dinners. We need to know how much of this we can handle. Planning ahead is important and adjusting the rest of the day to allow for the "vacation" from our plan would probably help but I know for me if my mindset is "eat all I want" it's hard to get back on track. I have been known to eat way too much just because I had already told myself I was going to take the day off and who knows how long it will be until I get to do this again so go for the gusto. I hope you have better control than I do.

  2. It really is all about control. I plan on getting right back on plan tomorrow...I will also be adding many miles to my sneakers the rest of the week. But it was worth it to me.

    Remember...You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

  3. I hope you had great Easter and enjoyed every last bite! (I know I loved my little handful of jelly beans :-))
