I made it through another weekend on ...I DID IT!!!! I made it through another weekend on plan! I used around 20 of my 49 extra points. I will admit that I am afraid to use them but hey that's what they are there for. Went outside for a walk today, it was cold but I bundled up and got some great fresh air and vitamin D from all that brilliant sunshine!<br />Only 2 more days till weigh in. I think I will have some happy results!! I did 1 hour 12 mins. on the treadmill, 3.6 miles, with 5 min intervals of steep incline. That was my goal for the day. <br />(I believe that's a little more than a 5K)<br />I ate within the daily points. I still have some cantelope to look forward to. <br />Right now I am gonna go and watch the Miss America Pagent and dream of the day I will have that kind of body!!! 3 more days till weigh in!!!
